I’m not a hard gainer but I know several who are. They always ask me what to do to gain weight and of course I tell them “you gotta eat”. I always used ground beef, potatoes, rice etc the usual. But besides PB&J sandwiches and whole milk. What else do you guys like to eat for gaining weight?

Anadrol and lots of it lol. Whole food shakes consist of egg whites, oats, milk, cottage cheese, fiber one cereal

Fiber one cereal now there’s something I forgot and need to get. I do lots of whole food shakes. Chicken or beef shakes after the gym every day.

There’s some ideas here on the “bad” glycemic index for hardgainers.

Wish I was a hard gainer ,I can look at the wrong foods and gain weight lol.
5 to 10 lbs of lean muscle can be done in a year with right diet and hard training .
I would differently advise to stop doing cardio. Also add a meal per day

ground beef, plain greek yogurt and white rice all cooked and mixed together. I like to make a lg pot of that at the beginning of the week and have it for the next 5 or 6 days to fill in between meals.
