Planning on sust 500mg/wk npp 300mg/wk for 9wks with sdrol 20mg/day 4-5wks and nolvadex 25mg eod the whole cycle. I'm planning this to be a nice quick bulk after being out the gym for a month and a half. Oh and I am taking 5% organ and heart defender during too. Suggestions, thoughts, I'm open to criticism.

I'd honestly get back in the gym for a bit before just jumping on any gear ....At most a trt dose of Testosterone ... Also get some pre cycle bloodwork to make sure things are good .
If i missed the gym for 6 plus weeks i definitely wouldn't jump right on a blast ...And Npp at 300 is minimal ...if i was going to run it it would be at 450 weekly ...all honesty time off from the gym and jumping into 500 mgs of test and a Nandro plus Superdrol is not what I would do..And why Nolvadex the whole cycle ??.get back into the swing of things and your body is going to need to adjust to training again ...throw in all that gear and your definitely not going to maximize the cycle ...just my 2 cents

Sounds like a pretty safe and sane basic cycle.. If you can't get Jacked on that then your probably not eating enough. Only red flag to me is why jump right on cycle after being out of gym for 6 weeks? Give ur body some time to get back into it, then hit the cycle running. You will definitely get better results and more bang for your buck too.

Not a fan of only training when ur on Gear (and I don't know if its the case- you could have a good reason). Standard rule of thumb for us back in the day was 10-12 week cycles then off cycle clean training for same amount of time... rinse and repeat.

I've got 4+ decades of lifting under my belt and I can't ever recall taking 6 straight weeks off from working out. But that's just me... The gym is my happy place

Fun fact: Had a guy at our Gym who got into Powerlifting years ago.. he got pretty strong and would compete at National Meets.. Took 3 months off the gym following competition season one year then came back into gym loaded up on a shit ton of gear... he got Super strong too quickly without giving his body time to adapt back to the heavier weights again. Had 495 on the Bench, and as he was lowering it there was a Sharp CRACK like a broom stick cracking... shattered his forearm bone, had to have surgery and never competed again

I had the time off due to an injury and I should of been more clear I have been in the gym just not training. Doing fluff work etc. I've stayed on trt does also. Should I be good? I'm doing GZCLP to get some strength and size.

I gotta agree with these guys. Maybe add 100mg test and just up the food and intensity for a couple mos first
