Hey Brotherhood. I just got my IGF-1 levels tested as I am on growth hormone. I had taken 2 IU’s 2hrs before having my labs drawn. My IGF-1 levels came back at 331 ng/ml. Of course by traditional medical standards this is considered “high” for a 32 year old. I can’t seem to find in the research that I have done, any conclusive evidence that sustaining this level for a long period of time would be detrimental to me. That said I have not yet consulted the forum and very much feel that I would trust those of you who have dabbled in this much longer than I. I will continue to do my own research but would appreciate any opinions on this IGF-1 level. I would love to maintain a peak level for recovery, staying lean and longevity. I just want to make sure I won’t be making things grow that don’t need to be growing at this level…minus my peen. I’ll take whatever growth I can get there 😅. Just kidding. Not really. But seriously.

Have you done a baseline igf-1 test prior to running Hgh ?
For me personally at my age my baseline is around 180 ish ...
If i ran 2 ius of quality Hgh my igf would test in the low 300s....they say levels increase by 75 to 125 per iu of HGH so i can see that being a normal result if you had a baseline igf of around 175 to 200s....
If anything it tells you your Hgh is legit and working ...no better test than a igf-1 test to determine quality and if legit and working ....
Im not a fan of GH serum test because that doesn't measure igf levels and alot of BS peptides can spike a serum test ...
Here's a example i recently had ...
I was running 5ius a day split ....scored a 521 igf level on bloodwork ...my baseline prior was 163....so that told me it was legit and the results were there ...at my age that's a normal baseline and really good number at 5ius....just keep an eye on how you feel and get a glucose monitor and check yourself once in a while fasted and non fasted ..feel free to ask any questions ...that's what this forum is all about [emoji123][emoji123][emoji123]
