First time experimenting with this: test prop 200 mg eod dianabol 10mg 3x daily dosed about 5 hrs apart 10mg nolva daily. Bulk diet im no rookie its on point. Taking plenty of water. Fish oil 1000mg 4x day. 1000mg vit-c 800iu vit-e with grapejuice directly after training and shake. Only shakes are morning and pwo trying to get protein from natural food sources. Gonna have blood work around week 4 check my liver kidney values and test levels. What else???

good move, on the whole foods, bro you wil lgrow so much better!!!! Trust me.....200mg EOD is killer, alot of guys still use nolva at 10mg ed....especially the old school guys.


How long the duration? Ive gotten to where I like phenyl prop better than prop, but its hard to find. just a thought.

6 month cycle 6-8 weeks on the dbol depending on blood work

alot of the old school guys run nolva 10mg with dbol and anadrol and 1 weeks past, 10mg isnt harsh and provides gyno risk reduction.....NOLVA FOR THE WHOLE CYCLE WILL BE UNNESSACCARY.

I was just gonna use it while on the oral and like you say a week or 2 after I see no need for it while running test alone
