I am just coming off an injury. Dropped 45lbs plate on my right foot. No breaks or fractures. Just a lot of soft tissue damage

This morning was my first day back since sept 23rd

Fucking felt great and I really didn’t lose all the much. But it’s time to grow!!!!!!
