Good stuff. I train Bi's today. Gunna drop down the weight a lil bit and concentrate on the stretch and contract. That kid Adam looks tiny next to Kia.... Damn

Before you start the movement, your bicep needs to be already contracted "static contraction" then the movement starts.....completely different feel.

This isnt strength training, its bodybuilding....I teach all my competitors this, no matter how hard headed they are

I recently started dumbell preacher curls using maximal contraction training.....I learned from Milos and took it a step further, I went on the static hold then slow stretch and slow conctract, freaking set of 10 lasted nearly 2 minutes...extreme stimulation

Ya know, I always set out with the intention of focusing on the contraction and having perfect form, but the powerlifter in me always wants to grab those 80's and force them up. Thanks for the reminder and wise words! :)

Great Video! I use the This Method also.Feeling the Pump and Fullness in the muscle with each rep is what i try to get.

George (Farah) did a great job with him last year.

the thing I love to tell young Bucks when they ask how to get big Arms is to "SQUAT!".

they come to the gym + just do bench press, military press and Bicep curls.

Back in the day when I was struggling with bicep development I FINALLY decided to check my ego at the door and drop the weight and focus on the squeez and contraction. My arms stated to grow very fast. I also stopped doing so many sets. I was doing too much. 6-8 sets is plenty for me.
