I would try glucosamine or something of that nature first mixing npp with tren could get nasty.

Glucosamine chondriton. Helps and fish oils.
And I'm about to add blasters oral whinny! Uh oh.
Epsom salt bath! Drink lots of water! Order some blue emu oil off line.
Uhmmmmmm.....ice packs after working out.
That's all I can think of.

Low dose deca or NPP will help. Same thing with joint supplements. They work for me.

First few times I did shots of tren it made me feel like I had the flu. Had to take a hot shower and some motrin.

Fish oil + MSM. Works like a charm. you can pick up a kg of MSM from tractor supply real cheap and its 99.7% pure.

If all else fails go to your doc. Just tell them about your joint pain. You don't have to share anything else. Tell them you have a friend that takes Mobic(generic brand= MEloxicam) Its an anti-inflammatory. ITs dirt cheap, and its only 7.5 mg a pill. Trust me the joint pain goes away. You need to take it everyday to maintain a level and do not take it on an empty stomach as with anything. I took it regularly until the deca kicked in on my current cycle. But I ll be back to it when my fun is over.

Mobic works great for most joint pain, does not do much for lower back inflammation.

I've taken mobic and Celebrex for a long time and finally my stomach said enough! Plus it really didn't offer me much relief. So my doc recommended "Curicumin" 900mg 2x ED. I take that along with glucosamine, chondrotin, fish oil and super cissus (usp labs). About 2 weeks on Curicumin I started feeling some relief and has continued to help with inflammation. I buy it at vitamin world for about $50.
Most of my joint pain is parallel in shoulders, elbows and lower biceps. I also have had to start doing some lighter negative sets when doing biceps to get a real good warm up and that too has helped. Tren E and A dry my joints out bad. Hope this helps someone!
