Question from mom

So my mother calls me today asking me about GH one of her friends is using the stuff and she is full of questions. I explained the difference in GH and steroids best I could to her. She is 53 and going through menopause wants to know if its safe for her to take. I feel kinda strange posting this but asked me to so..she is in good shape no serious health problems. She does take thyroid medicine as thyroid problems run on her side of the family. That being said any educated answers here appreciated.
