There is so much info on here I have searched, hoping to get some current conversation.

Did labs and all was good in mid February. Went from 250mg/week test c to 500mg/wk. Threw in 200mg/wk tren e. Have ramped that up to 400mg/wk as of last week. .5mg anastrozole about a day after every other pin seems to keep me right.

Started off just being really hungry. Have made sure to train with intensity. I have been running hot as hell and libido is through the roof. No real other noticeable sides though.

I started this cycle at 5'11" 209lbs and 17 percent fat per an inbody scan. I immediately went to 220, then will go up to nearly 230 on weekends eating not as clean as during the week. Diet is nearly 3k calories, 215g P, 98g F and 290g C. I will get back down to low 220s during the week.

I guess I just want to make sure I am getting everything I can from this cycle. I feel stronger, look better, should I be seeing more weight? Is there any other markers I can look for?

Appreciate anything you guys got!

If you want to see more weight, I'd say up the calories! Running a cycle and bumping numbers will help hold more glycogen and water retention in the muscles as well as make more of what you eat go to muscle building, but weight on the scale is purely a game of caloric intake. If you've plateaued on the scale from week to week then you'll have to up the calories a touch more to continue to increase in mass.

Test and Tren is hard to beat but for sure play around with calories. Maybe a little stair stepper a few days a week then try to balance out that calorie deficit with some steady caloric gains as the weeks pass. Little by little. Tren is definitely more forgiving for that though.

I don't know how u put on that much weight that fast with 3k calories.
I am 49yrs old 5"
'8" 205# 13-14%bf & 3k would barely maintain me.

Initial weight gain is mostly increased water retention.

I would bump up the protein intake as your ability to utilize
protein for muscle synthesis is higher

I can relate to this.. just started a monster cycle, within a week I was getting compliments then this job started kicking my ass. We’ve had hell so I’ve been on my feet 12 hours straight everyday trying to keep things in check. I was burning through way too many calories, completely washed out by the end of shift.. lost some size, at least I feel that way.. exhausted. Things have been getting a little more under control and Ive been able to eat every 2-3 hours.. I can feel myself starting to swell back up!

Lol soooo you wondering if you should be bigger or if you’re getting everything you should from the cycle ..
Ok first of all that’s a nice decent cycle but your definitely gonna be running hot .
Your body is utilizing everything you’re putting in it to retain gain muscle and partition fat as well as maintaining your daily energy needs for work regular life, etc. you’re probably not feeling the best maybe a little shitty.

Personally myself, I’ve ran hot high so much that I would nonstop feel like a fucking bolt of electricity crackling and I also felt like shit just like a machine and hardly even shitting almost as if my body was running 100% efficient utilizing everything it seemed like everything I ate Just turned into energy no waste product like a high-powered drag racer, but just constantly starving for fuel.

That being said, once I started really ramping up my caloric intake mass just started pouring on I felt way way better and I actually had energy. I didn’t feel so exhausted.

So what I’m trying to say is perhaps you need to start feeding that motherfucker, a bit lol I mean to each their own but if you want get big, you gotta eat big

And 3k cals you’re not gonna get the most out of that blast in my opinion

A lot of people make the mistake of not being satisfied So they had more and more compounds. When all they really have to do is train harder, rest and eat more.

Following up on the diet, got closer to 4k calories a day and definitely packed on some size. I still struggle with my belly, so gaining weight has been a mind fuck...

New question that hopefully gets seen... I switched suppliers of my Tren E. Went through 20ml of the old stuff with not a lick of pip. This new gear is burning my delts up. Using 25ga x 1 inch. 1.5ml test c and 1ml tren e. Would 5/8 inch possibly help with this?

Bulking will always fuck with your mind until you let go of your present feelings and dial in on the end goal.

So you're pinning 2.5ml into the delt? Were you pinning this amount prior to switching brands?

Switching needle length in a place like the delts shouldn't make a difference. Needle gauge looks good too.

My best guess is 1 of 2 scenarios:
1. The new gear is made using a different carrier oil and/or additives that your body is rejecting.
Do you have issues with different oils? What is the carrier oil used by the original brand and new?
2. More injection sites need to be utilized. Are you mostly hitting the delts for everything?
I know I can't touch Ventro Glutes right now. A few bad pins plus too much frequency has made
the sites prone to PIP.
