What's the dosage and dosing schedule for clen?

Start with 40 mcg and work ur way up every 3 days or so.. U can go up to 100 mcg or so.. Some go higher I don't.. 2-3 weeks then u need to go off two weeks.

I have tried some very odd dosing with clen starting at 20mcg up to 140 and for up to 8 weeks doing 2 days on 1 off....or the stardard 2 on 2 off or 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.... In the end I dropped it all together too many sides for what you get out of it. But I am ADHD and I cant focus at all after a few days of clen. For me T3 plus ECA works just as well as Clen and T3 or well enough to make a show.
