Yeah I could spend days going through all his training. I have taken a lot of things from his playbook. Really helpful with stickpoints, explosiveness and overall power

I got to meet Louie in the late 90s at a seminar. He is an incredible man. The kind of guy you could sit and listen for days. I have had more sucess with his training methods than any other but I will ad there have been many records set with other types of training. I miss his old guys, Kenny Patterson, George Halbert, Jerry Obradavich, Matt Dimell, JM Blakely, The list goes on and on. Chuck is the only guy I see in the vid that has been there a long time. Louie, THE mad monk of PL. If you didnt know he loves kung fu flicks
