fenugreek.

its advertised as a test booster, though I the studies are varied in results. What i know it does do and quite well is raise prolactin levels, at least in females and help them produce more breastmilk. anyone know if it has a similar way effect in men... could taking high dose fenugreek kill sex drive, contribute to gyno, etc..? or does it affect a different endocrine pathway in men vs women?

The only thing I ever got out of taking Fenugreek was it made me smell like I was rolling around in bed all day with Mrs. Butterworth. It gave my whole body a distinct maple syrup smell, lol.

i do love the smell that it comes with, helps with that roid stank body odor. but my wife the other night pointed out "uh honey, do you really think you should take something that makes women lactate, when you are already running e2 and prolactin aromatizing compounds?" and i was like "oh shit, thanks babe, and thats why i married you... lets smush!"
