125 to 200iu's daily for 40 days low calorie diet 500 cals a day?
It's supposed to eat adipose belly fat

My question is muscle loss? And could u prevent it by making those
calories from protein? Um also being shut down from the hcg would u need
A pct of some kind?

And has any one tried this. People claim if done right u can lose up to 20lbs in
That 40days?I'm not fat but I want to get try this out to see if it works?

It's a gimmick like every other weight loss scam. What they don't tell you is that the diet is very low calorie and you exercise.

Contrary to what most guys on these forums believe, the far majority of supplements are placebos.

At 500 calories a day you will lose most of your muscle, and will still not be shredded but you will accomplish being malnourished. Include a contest prep diet, cardio and water manipulation to your regimen, it is a better way.

I thought the hcg just allows you to be able to function right on 500cals a day. I thnk thats where people miss reads and says its a weight loss drug.

No, the original dr that used this as a fat loss product hypothesized that hcg in pregnant women increased their release of fatty acids to feed their fetuses, and therefore if given to people not pregnant would facilitate the mobilization of triglycerides from storage.

It's all lies and many well conducted studies have verified that the only variable responsible for weight loss is a 500 calorie diet.

Wow what a stupid fucking doc.

Most docs don't get much education in research.

Yea its total HORSE SHIT. The Docs that prescribe it say the HCG helps burn the fat at the same time retain the muscle. LOL. Just like every other gimmick. And yea, anyone on 500 calories for 40 days is gonna lose weight. Lots of docs that barely made it through Med School usually get into these scams or work in jails etc.

My ex wife has done this several times. She would lose a good amount of weight but every time it was over she gained it all back or more. It's the 500 cals a day that makes you lose all the weight
