Using the table to get a good Idea of What Your Single rep max will be.Goes like this:
1) Do a Max-Rep set with the most weight that you can Handle of any exercise (ex:300x8)
2) look at table, what your reps were, (example was 8) theres a co-efficient number associated with that rep number
.
3) Simply take the weight (300) and multply it by the co-efficient (1.27) your single rep max is 381 (300 x 1.27=381)
4) Round off number and There you Go.
--Coefficient Table--

2 -------------------1.07
3 -------------------1.12
4 -------------------1.15
5 -------------------1.18
6 -------------------1.21
