Test Prop Half Life & William Llewellyn's Credibility

im interested in some feedback on testosterone propionates half life bc it seems like there is a ton of mix information out there on this substance. i have William LLewellyn's Anabolics book and from what ive read the esters half life is 2 days. however when searched on the net and a number of mixed answers when asked in forums the responses come back from 3 days to 4 days, and theres a half life thread here in bop that says propionates half life is 4.5 days. am i just simply misunderstanding something like maybe propionates half life differs from compound to compound?

me personally i trusted what the book by William Llewellyn's said regarding 2 day half life.

does anyone know if William Llewellyn is a credible and reliable source, and what is your understanding of testosterone propionates half life?

I am not sure on the credibility of the book as i have never heard of it. But just my 2 cents, i have researched and found that the most commonly believed half life is 4 days. I pin Test Prop every other day and this seems to be just fine. I guess the best way to prove this myth or truth is to run Test Prop and have blood work done. You cant beat the science behind the blood work as long as you are injecting frequently enough to see the labs and all.

Figure 15.4 on the right. Shows a chart that when u inject 40mg of prop 6 days later you return to baseline or where u started

Nice find! Medical journals would be more accurate than simple article's on the web brother. But looking @ that chapter.,chart 15.5 is a better example of the half-life. That study used 50mg prop EOD,and the chart showed a drop in levels after the 2nd day! your book by William Liewllyns has been around awhile and been known to as the "Bible" of anabolics.Good bet the books right.

he's one of, if not the, top expert. him and Patrick Arnold. both gifted biochemist as well as accomplished body builders.

I've used his stuff for over 15 years and have followed his work. got the same book. I take anything he says as coming from the burning bush.

but yeah, prop is a 2 day ester. I thought that fact was a given.

thanks for the feedback. about to start up my pct run and want to make sure im not running it too early, but then again whats a couple of days early gonna do if thats the case.

I have always read prop is 4.5 days... But tonight I found these answers: 2 days and 36 hours...

I have real ALL of Williams books.....He goes by the hormone release, don't let half lives throw you off! Prop...2 days! after day two, a significant reduction of testosterone (compared to day two)...so Prop is injected every 2 days to keep lelves stable as possible

...and also it depends on the dose being used....for example if you were doing only 50mg, I would highly recommend ED, 100-150mg EOD.
