Tor or No Tor?

Hey guys,

do you guys access BOP via Tor or straight through your normal connection? I used to get my gear off the SR so tor/pgp has been a must for me. Curious to see what setups you guys use.

I use TOR only when I am on SR and the deep dark web that's it. Gotta be careful on the damn thing.

I use a VPN..
Without tor or a vpn your isp alone keeps pretty detailed logs of your activity.
TOR however has numerous weaknesses, one of the original developers is even on record as saying it was designed for the government to spy...

Been on tor 1 time. Haven't much use for child porn, assassins or heroin. I can't find any value in using any media device that does. My $.01/2 worth.

oh and SR is shit now. now that everyone knows about it all the prices are way high. its like street prices and in some cases higher. Before everything used to be high quality and cheap now its just decent and just as much if not more then the dude around the corner there for 9/10 times not worth the risk.

Yea, I would usually VPN into an anon service then kick my Tor tunnel off through there.

.Grim, I'll have to check out your other posts, I have a pretty decent knowledge base on the topic, maybe we could compile a guide for safe anonymous access to protect our Brothers. Oh and drugs, gear and kiddie porn is not how i learned IT ;) I actually have a legitimate reason to know. If you have any interest PM me.

I agree, SR is shit now, except for the Indian pharmies, they still have a good price point for orals and some of them even reship their gear from UK/NL but for injectables the prices are out of hand even for international were talking 70-100 bucks for 10ml of 100mg/ml Test P craaazzzy

Tor is safer than a vpn or proxy thats for sure.

Tor is safer than a proxy, there is more anonymity not security than a VPN .
Tor is software based where a VPN encrypts at the actual network level.
Tor can easily be defeated if not setup properly.
A VPN with Tor is a better solution, so if tor is defeated, or government backdoors the compromised IP will be the VPN not your system
