Seriously - Paramount's lat pulldown. On tren, I max the machine out, though. But I'm like a hamster in a wheel in that machine.

I just love it.

I mostly stick to free weights and cables. Most machines dont seem to fit me. I have very long arms and limitied shoulder flexibility so movements starting at the bottom are a no go.
