Lightbulb Rising From The Ashes - Cyre's Recomp log

Hey all! I think its about time I get back into the iron game and I couldn't think of a better way to track my progress than making a log/diary and sharing it on a forum of like-minded guys.

I tore my chest late 2013 and ran into a few health issues which ultimately led to me barely training or dieting during 2014. So here I am, 99% recovered and ready to smash some weights!

      Goals:
I'm aiming to do a full body recomposition within 15-20 weeks while maintaining optimal health.

      Current stats:
      Age: 23
      Weight: 100kg
      Height: 6FT
      body fat: Roughly 20-25%

      Hormones:
      For the duration as a base i will be running;
      150mg Test E/week,
      600mg EQ /week,
      600mg Tren E/Week
      All from Jungle Juice.

Towards the end i will most likely increase the eq and tren dosage to 800mg each

      Training:
Training style will change every few weeks (or when i feel my body is adapting to a particular method)
The plan is to start quite basic, meat and potato exercises and increase intensity as i progress. One thing i want to mention is that i will try to keep heavy movements in for the duration of this cycle.

Training can either be morning or night, depends on work schedule etc

      Diet:
Starting off i will aim at 3000-3200 Calories/day reducing them as needed

I like to keep the foods as simple as possible, no grains, no processed crap etc.
I've found the best way to combat trensomnia is to backload carbs before bed (increase in seratonin and insulin = better sleep)
Also doing a weight training session after a poliquin inspired protein/fat breakfast feels great (strong increase in dopamine/acetylcholine etc)

Every type of diet is a tool used to achieve a result, whether its intermittent fasting, paleo, keto etc.. I'll switch up methods every once in a while to keep the fat loss running smoothly.

      Cardio:
Ive always been a fan of low intensity cardio post workout or morning fasted.
I think i will switch it up some days do some fasted cardio with certain peptides/amino acids to help oxidise fatty acids at a faster rate. Other days will just be some low intensity cardio post workout, increasing time and sessions as i progress.

      Official start date: Friday 27/03/2015

If anyone has any suggestions I'm happy to incorporate them! I will update the log most days with my training, diet, how I feel etc. And lastly,
      Pics will be coming shortly!

      Lets do this.

In for this. You're clearly an educated bloke and know your body well. A very clear and educated approach so I look forward to reading your progress over coming weeks.
I notice you say you prefer low intensity cardio...any reason as to why you might not consider putting in a hiit session once or twice a week?

Good point! i totally forgot to write about that. I will definitely include some sprinting sessions or mountain climbs every once in a while. I find the high intensity cardio wreaks havoc on my stress hormones, i'm trying to keep everything relatively balanced haha

in for this, after the few conversations weve had you seem like a good and intellient guy, wish you the best. Any plan to add some fat burners/orals at any point

Thanks brother. I might add Tbol in towards the end - what do you reckon??. Not a real fan of fat burners, just more cortisol and stress on the body. Although i do have some tricks up my sleeve (carbless post workout slin etc)

im not a fan of fat burners either, i dont mind t3 although i dont consider that a fat burner. Never used tbol before so i cant comment. i rate var for fat burning or winny just for its drying out effects (more cosmetic than anything)

I'm interested in this slin protocol.
Would I be correct in thinking its a fairly low dose of slin around 2-4 iu?
