      SUS NPP first comp cycle.

      Hey Staunchies, thought i might start a log just coz..

      This is my second cycle, first time round I ran Test e 500mg a week for 12 weeks, some okay gains, added 10kg of lean muscle and went from looking like a guy that benches 5kg to someone who actually has a V taper lol.


      Anyway so I'm running my SUS250 at half a ml EOD, been doing that for 2 weeks now.
      Went from:
      82.7Kg @12.3%bf

      Now sitting at 84.3 @ 11.7%bf.

      so some okay gains for a fortnights worth of work.

      I start my NPP in 2 weeks so when i start it Im gonna drop my test down to 250mg a week and let the NPP go to work, thinking starting NPP at 400mg p/w seems pretty common to start there and yeah will just see how i go from their.

      I get pinches every two weeks so can update this fortnightly or how ever often you guys want, if your interested that is lol

      Okay just had a pinch and here is what has happened of the last two weeks
      LMM is up 1.7kg
      and body fat % has dropped a tiny bit down to 11.3. I have decided to up my food now coz im getting hungry, my nutrition set up in 4 moderate carb days (M/T/T/F) and 3 high carb days (W/S/S).

      Mod carb days is baseline cals of 3822cals
      Hi carb days +20% 4586 cals.

      Let me know if there is anything more you guys are keen to know and i'll keep you all posted

      Been really slack with this, my apologies, been really busy, but thought i will update all who are interested on how things have been traveling.

      11/01/18 check in at 88.2 kg with bf% at 12% so if i remember correctly that is a increase in .7%bf and a LMM increase 1.6kg. this was over the holiday period so i wasn't really following any sort of meal plan just putting a lot of food down.

      24/01/18 89kg with a body fat % of 11.3 so decreased bf by.7 and increase in LMM by 1.4kg at this point in time i was running my calories about 5000 a day. also switched from carb cycling to ISO caloric.

      08/02/18 87.7kg with a BF% of 10.8 so i decreased by .5% but also lost LMM of 600g. I put this LMM loss down to two factors. I took it upon myself to reduce my carb by half as I want to get myself down to 10% so i can drop out the NPP and bring on the MAST. I have also dropped my test dose to 250 a week and 300NPP and i find that i feel much better in the gym and feel more like im on. this is probably just all in my head but i wanted to try out a lower dose of test/NPP to see if i can get just as much bang for my buck. I also added in clen for 1 week low dose, started at 20mcg a day and by the end of the week increased incrementally to 35mcg a day, now i no everyone is gonna say it wasn't doing fuck all at such low doses, but it made me feel like shit. so i won't be using clen anymore lol :P Also the comp I had planned on doing in April got canceled but im just staying on now anyway and gonna try and build so good quality muscle so if a show later in the year pops up I will already be in decent condition and not have to have too hard of a prep. Anything else you guys and girls wanna know let me know, also if you have any recommendations or advice about things I'd love to hear from you
