      Comp pre cycle

      Started around 20 weeks out from comp at 100kg, currently 4 weeks out sitting at 92kg. Strength has gone up on all lifts, I'm alot bigger yet alot leaner at the same time. Just switched over to prop, introduced mast into the cycle and lost of alot carbs from my week so let's take this shred next level!

      20 week blast
      Week 1-16 test E 1000mg/weekly
      Week 16-20 test P 500mg/weekly
      Week 12-18 tren A 350mg/weekly
      Week 18-20 tren A 500mg/weekly
      Week 15-20 mast P 350mg/weekly
      Week 15-20 T3 50mcg per day

      Obviously the last few days there will be afew changes but thats roughly the cycle.
      Long esters at the start switching to short towards the end. Slow calorie deficit over a 20 week period.

      Im fucking hungry!! ����

      Yeah a gram of test this blast is the most I've run before. It felt good, both strength & size increased while leaning out so it definitely hit the spot.

      Just switched over to prop 2 days ago so hopefully I lose a bit of water now.

      Will post every few days until showtime.

      Dont forget your Winstrol and Halo for the last couple of weeks to really harden up and with your t3 split the dose up 25 mcg
      in the morning and 25 mcg in the afternoon if your not already doing so.

      I'm actually taking the t3 all together in the morning, it's my first time using it but I'll start splitting the dose now so thanks for the tip morgz!

      I was going to add in some winny for the last 3 weeks but just got some superdrol and some respawn to throw in to harden up, see how it goes.

      Currently 3rd jab into switching over to prop, increasing my tren/mast slightly and I feel drier and leaner these last few days. Energy isint really to bad while training but im flat as fuck all throughout the day.

      Time to push my low carb days out further between refeeds ��

      Under the 3 week mark now,
      Sitting just under 91kg, flat as fuck but strength is still holding on. About to run out of clenbuterol and going to switch over to albuterol as I have afew boxes lying around.

      Trens making me slightly more of a cunt and I less patience with people who ramble shit at the gym.

      Keeping my test/tren to 500mg per week and mast slightly under.

      Already planning switching compounds after this over to NPP and test P to build back up.
      Anybody else switch compounds?
