      Rotating 12hr shift gains

      Hi Bop legends
Does and work a 12hr rotating work roster and have worked out a ideal training/eating, sleeping pattern?
Example is 3 days 2 nights and 4 days off then repeat
Not sleeping as much as some
      When on shift 4-6hrs
Eating plenty but always at different times
Has someone found a sweet spot for this kind of work roster ?
      Cheers

Welcome brother and enjoy your stay... The way I see it... If you eating enough calories and protein you should be alright... Unless you are competing or planning to do so.

      Regards,
      S.

Finding i have to smash melatonin to get some sleep during day
      Not planing on competing
Focussing more on diet and training frequencies this year
Not focusing on gear amounts as the more you take tge more agression it brings lol

Not necessarily brotha! You could run moderate test with a bunch of deca or EQ and be calm as a Hindu cow! A couple CC's per week of a couple compounds will work for most beginner to intermediates.

Hey brother , i feel ya pain but as said above I just try eat as much on days and nights but make nicer food for when on nightshift as I lose my appetite. I also go straight to bed after work to get as much sleep as possible then have protein soaked oats waiting for when I wake up and go hit gym prior to work. Tried using sleep tabs like restivit but just wake up just as stuffed and natural stuff don’t do f all... I just started melatonin aswell and think it might b best yet.
Biggest thing is keep caffeine to minimum 6 hours prior to bedtime helps the most for me.
good luck with the training and getting some quality sleep

      Thanks Dinky2
I need to curb the caffeine
I havent had soaked protein oats
What the difference between them and normal plain oats
Someone just told me that Bose make sleep buds
Basically you wear them to bed and it plays white noise in the background and makes you sleep like a baby
      Hefty price tag
Not sure i can convince the missas lol
I switched my training from 5 days to 3 days full body workout per week and am seeing better gains
