New service I tried online with immediate success and minimal verification. Took around 5-10min from start to finish of buying cryptocurrency.

Up to $900 USD, you'll have to input your cell phone number and first/last name. You will also need to type your first and last name on the ATM's screen.
$901 to $3000 USD, registration is required. The machine will ask you to put your state-issued ID up to the camera, and then to take a selfie in front of the camera. Once registered, you will not have to register again.
