      I'm rside.I like how you have kicked things off and very detailed.I will be checking back as watching what I consider a good log motivates me stay on top.I have a log going here and couple other boards.Like I said bro motivation.Good choice of compounds and ratios as well.Looking forward to seeing your training.

      Getting ready to go hit legs. I must mention that during my post from my last cycle I obtained an undefined injury. Undefined because I知 too stubborn to go see a doctor. I started noticing sever pressure in my upper glutes and lower back when doing squats at any weight and even when doing cable crunches and leg lifts. During my last cycle I was squatting pretty heavy for my size and frequently working out with 405 and pressing up to 495 for sets of 3. I was able to carry on those weights into my post but I think that with the absence of AAS I may have compressed my lower discs pretty severely causing inflammation to affect my sciatic nerve on both sides. I stopped squatting all together and within the last 4 weeks I have been utilizing the lead sled at lower weight 20 rep sets. I知 hoping that the decca with plump up my discs so that I can get under the squat bar again.

      Pre workout food today is rotisserie chicken, bismati brown rice, avocado, broccoli florets, with siracha and low sodium soy sauce. I知 going to stack some beta alanine, DMAA, creatine hcl, and cialis to that as wellIMG_0531.jpg

      So legs day consisted of the sitting leg press 5 sets of 10 at 760. This really allowed me to push without putting pressure on my back.

      Of course I added leg extensions, leg curls, and seated calf raises. I was expecting a bigger knot in my butt cheek due to the 5-hundy blast but between the movement and the hot tub afterwards I feel great. I will say that the heat really pushed the test into my system harder and I was really feeling it for about 20 minutes post soak. Heart pounding, stayed sweating, hard breathing.

      So looking forward to week three and the kick. Currently I have brass knuckles and live wire on hand but in the past mixing Deca and tren has never been a good thing for me. I kick myself in the pants for not for not having a BCG preworkout blast on hand. The ones that I have tried are crazy awesome!

      In the gym doing my chest day. I知 going to do a slow, low, and controlled day. These days are very light weight days but I super set multiple exercise and push high reps. My super sets are anywhere from 30-40 reps total per set. I like to do these at the beginning of cycles to shock the muscle group. Had Freddy痴 Chile fries, Chicago dog, and a single scoop of their vanilla frozen custard. I hope my macros are in check... Jk I don稚 need you stinkin macros! This is dirty bulking baby.
