There is tho. On the main website it just says edit, on Tapatalk you click the post(it should turn light blue) and then there should be a wrench and screwdriver symbol. That's the edit button.

Do you have one where you live? If you do, it may be a great way to add in proper macro nutrition with half the effort! Life gets busy! I love cooking my own meals and certainly in prep it’s very particular. However, having these in the freezer have been awesome to get in a variety of nutrients!

Takinh advantage of mine here! It is delivered right to my office (shop) or to my door and macros set to what I need! Score!!

Thoughts? Would you or have you used it?

Cheat Day Saturday!!
Hey Everyone!
Friday was a rest day, not much to report but boy did I need it! You know when you are achey all over?! Oh yah! Busted out the Tim Tam and foam rollers, hot Epsom bath.. hell yeah!
Saturday I was off work so I took my time with the day. Walked the dog than off to train! I’m much more of an at night person than day. So I wondered off to the gym around 6 to train chest and delts. Saturday night at the bar..!
I made loaded up chicken and lots of muscle mac for a cheat! My stomach really doesn’t seem to digest junk food anymore and I pay for it digestion wise so lately I’ve been choosing different cheats that won’t cause too much agony!

Tonight after work is arm day! Thankfully my home gym has literally everything one can need, and than some. As my gym closes at 7?! Lol!!! What gym closes at 7!
