Omad fasting is eating one meal in a 1 to 2 hour window usually i eat around 3pm all of my calories in a sitting which is very restricted right now less than 1500 calories...than fasting for approximately 22 to 23 hours before eating again. Its certainly not for everyone but it works amazing for me i am able to maintain my muscle size and lean out.

Got it....yeah its tough ...ive done alt day and intermit....and my own variety. Similar to omad...very effective but very difficult for me to stick to ....cause i sit 260 to 275lbs... rigorous work....and homicidal maniac with the iron... so I feel like a tank being pulled through mud. If im restricted calorically.lol

Thx ...i love the bulkier look myself #mass monster cutler ...coleman...heath etc....course id love to have more visible abbs and striations ..but im 40 yr old not a competitor .nothing to prove to anyone no money to be made and married 20yrs lol....soooo imma continue to drink my beer and have some pastries on the weekend.. and live xxxlarge

Nothing wrong with that as i myself dont have any desire to step onstage either i dont like being in the limelight...im in competition with myself and i do what i love which is bodybuilding....
