Just a personal choice i dont enjoy the bodybuilding shows personally myself. I just love the training and dieting and how your body changes

Oh, well in telling ya right now if you did decide to compete you would be a force to be reckoned with. My God, That upper back. The muscle between the trap and lat? What is that and how did you get it so beefy? Like serious I'm impressed. What's ur back routine look like. Sorry I'm asking someone much of what could probably be found by looking. But sometimes going to the source is the best way, right?

Yes it sure is my back rountine is literally insane i love training back its my most favorite bodypart to train..
Everything i do in sets of 5 and varies from week to week with intensity i do high reps but also one week do heavy reps... when i do high volume reps i also mix in drop sets ect...
I do also deadlifts 5 sets, lots of cables high, low, and middle of my back usually with the rope but varies depending if i am working on width one week...I am constantly changing my rountine never allowing my back to get used to what I am going to be throwing at it....
