Day after the big turkey fill, still sitting at 291, so about the same. Did legs with my training partner who is competing in 2 weeks, so nothing crazy, but still got a lot of good work in. Took first shot of test cyp today. Nice smooth shot into the quads. Onward an upward.
Chest day today. Can’t go heavy due to repairing tricep tendon, so I did volume work and holy crap whatta pump!! Body weight at 292, not actively trying to gain weight, but am anyway. Just waiting for the injectables (test c and deca) to begin showing up. Keep tuning in, this lab will be getting a thorough review by this guy
Quick update!!! The test c is kicking in harder and faster than I thought. I feel like an animal today. I had an aggression all day that I could not subside and that was quick to rear it’s head. Whatever, no one died and it’s back day today
Had a great back day! Intensity was high and my body weight continues to climb. Weighed in at 294. Just keeps going up. I’m 10 days into this cycle and have gained about 7pounds.

Wow pinning your quads... you're brave. That's the one spot that have always given me issues. I never pjn there anymore. Especially after than Dave Palumbo video on YouTube.

When I do pin quads, I keep the shot fairly high up. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had a few bad ones, but by and large, pretty good. I’ll do glutes and delts too. I’ve done triceps when I’ve run out of places. Didn’t like that at all
