friday had some court things to go to so, had to put on a dress...
taking today off from the gym still.. might go monday or wait til tuesday. still did 20 mins of cardio. and, i'll post my macros up in a little bit. been out all day again. popped some sibutramine today.

did 30 mins cardio, according to the machine, i burned 600 cals.
still feeling the sibutramine... i did rearrange some of my cals.. took out some PB and added a egg. which brought me to like, 1670 calories. i'm not lifting this week so, i don't see the point of being close to 1800 calories.

Man taking a week offs tough...lol just gotta keep telling youself its good for you...but makes me feel lazy...i took the week off in vegas..since no one showed up to lift.lol so i justed stayed fucked up the whole week and ate like a pig ...it was relaxing...plus those first couple drives back are killer...all rested and healed up
