hmmm... i've been anxious the past few days. but, not gear related.
nose bleeds... not everyday but, still getting them, those are not gear related. I don't know if i mentioned my in my previous log about them but, i am seeing a specialist next month, i want it cauterized. I also have a xray booked for my knee and shoulder and a ultrasound for my shoulder this up coming wednesday.
i haven't weighted myself, i will tomorrow morning. and, i guess i am fasting now since, my calories have gotten so low, my last meal was pretty much at eight and, i won't have breakfast until like, 7 - 830am.
Damn girl. That even lower then me. I am dying at the 1700. Plus I have been eating my refeed or cheat once a week. I dont think I could do it without it. I hit legs today and it was a joke. Probably partly because spin was yesterday but still. This is why I hate cutting it makes the thing I love most suck.
Still trying to learn to do volume instead of heavy but everytime I get started I cant help but grab some heavy weight [emoji2368].

I am dying until my body adjusts, itll get better. Last night was horrible last meal at 8. Then my guy and I talking about food. I cracked and had like 8 mini rice cakes. Then I noticed this morning, I forgot my second serving of yogurt yesterday. Stupid me.
Anyways. Off to do just cardio again today. My forearm is still really bad. I wanna give it another day before I hit back and chest. Itll go through hell for back.

I am taking today off from the gym. play date today and, i typically do not go on saturdays anyway. for some stupid reason i thought it was sunday lol
i did however, wake up in a lot of ovarian pain. i don't know if my period is coming? ovulating? or dehydration. i however, took some t1s, chugged a fuck ton of water, laid back down for 45 mins and i feel much better. still a little crampy but, manageable/tolerable pain now.
