Ive been all over the place with diet. I upped my fats again and dropped carbs. I should up my protein again.

Fuck I never came back to update.
I changed some macros back around.
I am doing bloodwork today. I will probably be dropping var for a period to show up. I'm guessing my estrogen is low and, I hope to get my hands on some progesterone. I see the doctor today so. Let's hope I can get what i want. I want to tell him about the steroids but, I dont need him being all judgey. Let's hope jesus not a dick!
Oh in canada we can use hormones but cant deal them so we can tell our doctors and not get in trouble with insurance.
