I know that the norm for our community is not crossfit or other alternative routines, but I've recently been getting great results from incorporating barbell complexes into my workouts. I wanted to experiment with more functional exercises and the complexes, along with a cleaner diet and test e (of course), has been helpful in shedding fat and improving core strength. I found a ton of routines online, but do any of you bros have suggestions for a routine that I can add to my arsenal?

A sample of what I have been doing includes (in order) sumo deadlift, bent over row, power shrug, Romanian dl, hang clean, and front squat. With this one I do 5 reps of each movement for 5 rounds and 60 to 90 seconds rest between rounds. I hit chest too using flat or incline dumbbells then going right to push ups after the presses.
