since i can only hit legs atm ive been doing this for 2 weeks and it has sparked some growth. before i was low reps high weight
As much as I hate reps of 20... I love the pump after!

abs are high reps, though. holding 135lbs on my chest on a roman chair and I still do like a zillion situps.
I love High volume training it is an excellent training philosophy, and very underrated
Very true, learned that lesson the hard way myself ;)
If I'm cutting I'll run a routine with higher reps/lighter weigh on and off through the months for my whole body.
But I mainly go heavier with lower reps to build muscle fibers that respond better to this load type. (Most of the upper body)

Quad, calf and forearm are always trained with good form and high ass reps.
