I use high rep routine's on most of my workouts.hitting 15-20 reps on small muscle groups,like delts,bi's,tri's,calf's and so on. get so pumped cant lift my gym bag after. got to love it brother!

Still doing it just polished off a 30ml jug of tbol since I started this thread. Good 6 weeks in on 20+ reps even on compound movements 375mg test-e 200mg tren-e the tbol and high rep experiment worked well I think I will go amother 6 weeks high reps see how it does with the tren working give the oralsa break . Current weight 216 lbs idk my bf% but its low goal is 225 lean
Thanks for the update, according to RichPiana chemically enhanced athletes can gain just as we'll doing lighter weights and higher reps. This is especially helpful for us older guys.
I think I am going to switch it up for the next few months and try some higher reps.

wow reps of 20... you go boy and best of luck. i am not a bulk monster and more of athletic build. i have to stay agile and not in a bodybulidng contest. but i like the higher reps and it helps me stay lean and strong.
20+ rep workouts is no pussy move. I personally think its more intense then your typical lower rep pyramid workout. Sometimes, I would even do 3-5 rep heavy sets before busting out the high reps. It's a good way to work around joint pain or injuries while maintaining high intensity..
