I like lifting 6 days a week, hit every muscle group twice...first three days are heavy...second three light weight high reps..works great!
Loving the idea bro!! I love doing this too but I crash and burn quick...I lose motivation after a week or two so I need to buckle down and pretty much have a training partner hold me accountable! I grow like a weed doing high rep workouts to be honest...Muscles really grow when you can fire the fibers to maximum potential and that is what you seem to be doing! Great shit

I do this every now and then to keep the muscle guessing. I have to lower the weight obviously but its a nice change of routine and gives you a great pump.

True, I frequently do a heavy compound exercise (like squats) 10-15 rep range then leg press or hacks 20-30 rep range - pump + growth is like a kid again.
I also hit a weak body part 2x a Wk, 1st time is regular workout, 2nd time is just a light pump/feeder workout = 1Ex, 4-5 sets, 15-25 reps.

Recently I've been sticking to the higher reps, in the 12-18 range. Thinking it might be time to try this out
