      20+ reps

So i'm switching things up a bit this summer experimenting with high reps 20+ shooting for 25+ but never below 20 reps. I will be doing a couple heavy sets on some compound movements bench, shoulder presses, squats and whatnot but for the most part i'm repping out and this means more intensity for me longer workouts. Not cutting back on sets either Friday I did 10 sets bi's and tri's most sets 25 reps but for the last couple. extreme pump perfect form is what i'm focusing on here with my current cycle I am hoping to see some good quality gains over the next 3 months. 375mg test-e and 200mg tren-e every 5 days Tbol 20mg 8:00 am 20mg 4:00 pm 10mg bedtime also using 50mg tne 45 mins pre-workout. Most of my training over the years has been heavy lifting for the most part. I love the pump!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

will those reps be done in bang bang bang fashion a´la ronnie coleman or do you resist the down phase more ? if u resist I bet those 20 + reps will surely kill you . I´m pretty sure very high reps should be done in pretty constant fashion .... just thinkin loud . for some two yrs I´ve slowed the down phase considerably ie resisted the weight more and can tell that even 10-15 reps in this fashion burns like crazee .go fof it !

I've had a lot of success switching to higher reps when I am in a rut. Seems like the high reps jolt my muscles into growing again. I stick with the high reps for a few weeks then back it down to the more standard lower reps.

Dago you are about to BLOW up brother! This thread has now just motivated me to push at least 20 reps instead of my normal 12. There is always
a new goal. Thanks for motivating me brother. Now let's get BIG!
