Cardio: Burn Fat
i am still trying to get a grasp on this subject on how to burn fat with cardio. ive been reading lately e.g. you want to keep your heart rate at or below 120, but when i do this i feel like im not doing any work at all, its just like a walk around the block the pace is normal to me; and this is suppose to burn fat.
its hard not to believe that if your not sweating then your not working out.
any insight on this is greatly appreciated.

bro i walk 50 minutes in the morning and 50 minutes pwo... and i have lost 11 inches off my waist and kept all muscle in 11 months... just walk at a fast pace.... like 3.5mph on the treadmill for example but i wouldnt go over that

thats what i was doing though, walking on an incline though at 3.0 mph, but my heart rate is typically 135 to 145 during this. maybe i shouldnt walk at an incline then?

either way is fine bro just keep ur heart rate up and maybe up the speed and time when ur weight loss slows down... make sure if u drink a pwo shake that u do it in between lifting and cardio thats what i do

Your Heart rate all depends on how old you are.
Listen. ..... walking. ... really doesn't cut it. I'm not sure what your goals are or what you want to accomplish but here's the thing.
First it starts with nutrition. That's the first thing. You eat like shit you're going to look like shit. Unless you have a high metabolism.
Second. ..... walking. .. fuck that. High intensity cardio will get you shredded .. along side your diet. They go hand and hand.
My suggestion... ( assuming you're not running tren )
30-40 minutes of cardio
45-60 seconds full speed running on the treadmill (bad knees use something else)
1-2 minutes fast paced walking
Repeat. ... Do that for 30 minutes or 45
Along side a good diet and you'll see that fat melt.
Don't over complicate it .... simple works =)

When I get ready for a show nutrition is number 1 by far and then I will do fasted cardio and keep my heart rate around 120-25 for at least 45 minutes. If you go to hard for to long your body will have to burn muscle for energy you will run through your glycogen stores way to fast.

in sept im picking back up with the cutting, and was looking at implementing dave palumbo's diet as follows:
Meal 1 6 whole Omega-3 eggs
Meal 2 8oz chicken with 1/2 cup raw almonds
Meal 3 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanutbutter
Meal 4 8oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil
Meal 5 50 g whey with 2 tablespoon PB
Meal 6 6 whole eggs
any thoughts on this?

You should try the elliptical out.30 minutes 3 times weekly. It works wonders
For me whenever I go into my cutting.phase.
