      Bodybuilding ?

Hey guys i have a question about my workout. I usually work out 2 muscles a day other than on leg day. So what i was wondering is on arm day would i see more gains if i did all my bicep workouts then did all my tricep works or should i do one bicep and then one tricep back and forth like i have been doing?

I do one at a time to failure. If you alternate, the muscle has time to cool off between sets. Just my preference. I think the gains would be greater this way.

if i do two muscle groups in a day i will start with one like biceps and do all my sets for bi's and then do tri's. The next time I do arms I will start with tri's then do bi's. The muscle that starts the workout first for me sees the best results, so its good to alternate. For my delts i always did fronts, sides and rears. I did that for 4 months and the fronts were huge, sides were ok and rears had no growth. So I switched it up to start with rears first and in one month my rears grew like a weed! Finally looking better!

I do it both ways depending how I feel + if going heavy or not.
When I do both I do a super-set - bicep set immediately followed by a tricep set.

contracting the tricep stretches the bicep + vice-versa.

I do it both ways from time to time. It's always good to switch things up. Mostly I stick to 1 at a time like Brother tattntrapz!

I mix it up also.. Right now I'll hit a set for triceps then immediately a set for biceps.
I feel like the change up is important to stimulate growth and both ways can be benificial.

I superset bi's n tri's but change up the exercises everytime. Sometimes as a nice change I do 100's with bi followed by tri
