I agree with everything but the drop sets. For me anyway. Better doing quad sets at the end. Push, pull, push, pull.
This is a solid list, it took me about a year to get over #9. Now I'm only in the gym longer than an hour for heavy deadlift day.

I always put squats up front since they are so taxing on my lower back. But yeah, I do need some damn periodization in my life!
Sleep here too. Max 6 hours... Life is too busy.
Eating like a bird is definitely a lot of peoples problem
