I agree with most of this, but half reps definitely have their place in bodybuilding (you just have to keep the right tempo and keep constant tension). I train about 2 hours each session as well, and get excellent gains. Most of it is spot on though. I have designed a set of 3 routines that people have named the "Gains Bible". They are the most unconventional, but yet the most effective routines I've ever seen. All it takes is some thinking outside the box and you'll see some good results.
