      cutting routine

      i have never been able to really get cut up usually i do my normal lifting and then some cardio after for about 30 minutes. can anyone suggest a good routine or website that has pre made routines so i know what to do to get really cut up lol i know it sounds like a really noob question but ive struggled with this gut my whole life and im down right sick of it im tired of being the musculer fat guy lol.

      routine right now is all ARE 4*10 and weight used i put next to the workout and how strong im feeling so its swings im not a strong bencher and can bench more weight with dumbells than barbell old injury my current weight is 220 naked body fat unknown
      day 1 barbel squat 200#
      leg press 400#
      deadlift 300#
      leg curl 100#
      reverse leg curl 100#
      calf raise 100#
      day 2
      incline dumbell press 110# each hand
      basrbell incline press 190#
      dumbell fly 40# each hand
      bumbell bench press 110# each hand
      dips assisted
      butterfly 60#
      pushups
      barbell curl 180# on the cable machine
      preacher curl single handed with dumbell 50-60# depending on day
      day 3
      deadlift 300
      pullups aSSISTED
      inverted row 150
      wide grip pull down 150 200 depending on day

      sorry have been cruising on 500 mg of sust and lately added 600 mg of deca currently on week 5 going to go to continue for about 20 weeks then will focus on cutting for summer with first time tren added into the mix
