      Great info. Chest is one of my weak points. I have no real issues with definition, just strength

      I also use dumbells, straight bar kills my shoulders. Great post Pain.

      Do long arms affect the ability to isolate chest (keep the triceps out of motion)

      Chest is my weak point almost embarrassed due to lack of poundage but I've since got over it said I don't give a fuck how much is on there that's the only way to fix it right. I use dumbells most all the time like how it involves the stabilizer muscles
