The link alarm is bullshit. The gym I go to is a small one. Only has about 60 members and is owned by a local guy. They have all the equipment I need to execute my workout. The owner told me " do what you have to do the reach your goals, be as intense as you need to as long as no disrespect is shown to me or any other member"

I can live with that. Fuck planet fitness.

Planet fitness is a social gathering where I live. They have tootsie rolls every where. Wtf. Pizza day. That encourages ppl to lose weight and stop being lazy fat asses. Ok

Agreed not a good gym lol I signed up online because guys at work were telling me how great it was never imagine dumbells only went to 80lb and would have to us smith machine to bench. But $19 includes tanning so I workout at gym in town where I live and tan at planet fitness where I work they are 20 miles apart. I do go to planet fitness after work sometimes to get cardio in and scout for ass lmao

I got lunked once lol and continued to be an asshole till I left lol. Still go every now and then when my buddy wants to do cardio. Its pretty much just a social club for people who dont want to get in shape and btw there pizza sucks

The only good thing about PF is all the machines are easy on people injured or older folks. I go there and do cardio and abs bc my regular gym isn't open that early when I go. Other than that they don't have enough free weights for me to even bother with. Heck the owner doesn't even workout there.

I just noticed they are opening up in my town, almost next door to LA fitness.
Hopefully some of the losers clogging up my gym will jump ship and go on over to PF.
