      stuck at the same weight

      Ive been lifting 5 yrs had had steady gains until, 2yrs ago im cut and have good muscle diffinition for a guy 52yrs old just cant seem to gain any weight.
      Try to eat right also, work a different muscle group 5 nights a week 1hr to 1 1/2 each night and change routines to shock muscles anybody have some ideas? Thanx

      How many calories are you eating each day? You need to eat 4000-5000 calories ED to gain weight. Try to keep it clean as possible but eat, eat, eat.

      That's what I always tell the youngsters at the gym . My go to meal is two angus burgers (sometimes topped off with a cheese of my liking) and 1 1/2 - 2 cups of brown rice . Throw a little A1 on there and yum yum I'm gonna grow my guns !! Lol

      It's amazing what u can learn by writing down every single thing that u consume in a day . Usually when I have guys do this we quickly find the problem with their program.

      Alot of guys will ask me how to get big. I'll say eat more, they say something like but I eat 5-6 times a day. But if your not growing on that eat 8 times, 10 times, 12 times what ever you have to do.
