As far as how many times i workout that muscle ina 7 day period i use that part of the method but like you said i had to observe my recovery and research more... Thanks for this post it let me know im on the right track..
I remember reading about this years ago and actually talking with you in the gym... I haven't used this exact method but will give it a try following my medical release for weights in two months... Major shoulder surgery, for now I've been blasting my wheels 3-4 times every 8 days with variations for size and contractions for density...
