I'm going to give this a try. Does anyone have 3 preferred shoulder exercises? I'm not sure if lateral raises would fit this program.

Barbell shoulder presses, dumbbell shoulder presses and arnolds. Also use lateral raises as the accessory work..i add in a little once I get rolling on it. Because on this after 2 months I wasn't getting sore and added a little access work in. But even though I wasn't sore or hardly at all I pressed more weight more reps every single time on every single exercise. I kept getting bigger and bigger...then I fell off. I have had more success with DC "OFF" cycle than any other training. After being on cycle I think most of us are used to overtraining and actually hindering our growth. My opinion and experience..
