Interested in switching to DC in a few months after my wedding. Currently on cycle and train HIT style, but adding ntf workouts to maximize the cycle. Gonna have to read up some more because just skimming already see there’s stuff I didn’t understand- like only doing 1 of the 3 exercises per workout and rotating it. I’d thought it was all 3 exercises per workout, so lower volume than I’d thought though I am used to low volume in HIT training style. Any other tips anyone?
