I have a peanut butter sandwhich pre and banana dextrose and milk shake post.
U would like to hear some more answers. I struggle being able to stick to the deit at work. Pre I do scoop peanut butter raw oats 60 gram protein shake. Post tuna wheat bread more protein shake
My nutrition doesn't change I just time my training so that I start 1 hr after I have eaten a meal and then by the time I get home it's time to have another meal. I gave up the protein shakes years ago. It's always solid food before and after training
