If I tried to explain people would just think I was crazy and I don't need the patronization (not that I think you're patronizing me). But I do well fasting 16 hours and getting my calories in the remaining 8. I stay lean, retain very little water, my strength increases at a steady rate, as does my weight. I'm not hungry all day. I don't carry food everywhere I go. Lots of benefits really. The biggest benefit is being lean all the time. I like all kinds of diets. But this is the one that works best for me. If you want I can talk more about it. If not, that's ok too.
