You mean snatch, clean and jerk? Or does this program involve more?
I did the clean and jerk alot when i was younger its a good full body movement.
Yeah but with the training derivative movements as well (power clean, etc)

That will be a very good athletic program I would think. When I played football and boxed we always did alot of those movements.
