I too am a firm believer of high rep squats but to a different degree. I did Tyson squats for one month essentially getting up to 36 cards which is the equivalent of body weight squatting for 2 hours and my whole physique changed!. Dont get me wrong I employed every other bodyweight exercise that I could giving the location I was stuck in but I literally saw a different person in the mirror/ a warrior,if you will from someone who was weak and pathetic. Everything grew and got shredded!!!- I mean striated and I wasnt ripped to start by any means. So, I gotta say thanks for the great article and solid science behind it. Thanks!!
